Declan Newton
Calgary-born, Edmonton-based. Declan came up through CNC machining and several trades before becoming part owner of Carlson Homes, where he’s spent the last two years rebuilding houses for Jasper fire victims. That build-anything range is what shapes every Nordic Ridge install.
Shaeden Menard
Born and based in Calgary. Shaeden is four years into a career with the Calgary Fire Department, with hands-on history across full home renovations — kitchens, flooring, electrical, carpentry, plumbing. The shift schedule firefighting gives him is what lets Nordic Ridge run in parallel.
Andrew Birchall
Born and raised in Calgary. Andrew works in e-commerce and online marketing. The idea for Nordic Ridge came out of his own sauna search: every dealer wanted to sell the box and leave the customer to coordinate every trade. He keeps Nordic Ridge honest to the version of itself he originally went looking for.

We source Canadian-made saunas wherever possible. That's not a marketing line. It's a procurement rule.
Canadian production means shorter lead times, fewer freight complications, accessible warranty service, and product built for the conditions our customers actually use it in. Western red cedar from BC. Premium heater technology from Finland. Cabinetry and barrels manufactured in Ontario and Quebec.
It also means our customers can be confident their money is going to a Canadian supply chain.

Foundation prep, structural assembly, deck work and cedar finishing. Licensed and insured.
Licensed electrical
Master electrician on every job. 240V hookup, multi-circuit sauna-and-plunge installs, full permit-of-record.
