From the first enquiry to your first session, the Nordic Ridge process is built to be predictable. Here's exactly what happens.

Tell us about the site
Send us a few photos and rough dimensions. We'll suggest a configuration (barrel sauna, cold plunge, or the pair) based on the space and the way you'll use it.
Site visit and quote
We come out, walk the site, confirm access, and answer questions. You receive a single all-in quote within 48 hours.
50% deposit, product ordered
On signed contract we collect 50% and order the sauna from the supplier. No delays, no holding pattern.
Permits pulled, build scheduled
We submit the electrical and building permits and lock the install window. You get a date, not a range.
Installation day
Crew arrives. Foundation, build, electrical, finishing. Most installs are one or two days on site. We leave it cleaner than we found it.
Walkthrough and handover
We walk you through operation, controls, and care. Final 50% is invoiced on completion. You light the first session.
